Used to adjust the degree of bend in either 1/4" (6.4 mm) or 3/16" (4.8 mm) Luque rods or Harrington distraction rods in spinal fusion procedures. Can also be used to contour a rod.
The device has a fulcrum for bending that has a plurality of separate bending surfaces, each of which can be rotated into operating position to accommodate different sizes of rods or to provide for different severities of bend.
