Two instruments in one. A 5/16" (7.9 mm) diameter reamer which adjusts to ream a channel for the lag screw and a 1/2" (12.7 mm) diameter reamer to prepare the channel for the standard length plate barrel. Calibrated in 1/3" (6.4 mm) increments, equipped with a lock collet and is cannulated to ream over the guide pin.
