Additional Info

  • Unit of Measurement: Each
  • Catalog Number: K-0185

Description

The V. Mueller K‑0185 Right‑Angle Grasping Forceps is a precision surgical instrument designed for grasping, holding, and manipulating structures in deep or confined operative fields.

This instrument features a long, slender shaft (~10 in) terminating in a right‑angle (Mixter-style) working end with narrow, opposing jaws. The jaw configuration allows the surgeon to reach around or behind structures and apply controlled grasping force.

The ring-handle design with a ratcheting lock enables the instrument to maintain a secure grip without continuous hand pressure. The elongated shaft and angled tip improve access and visualization in deep anatomical areas, making it suitable for general, thoracic, and vascular procedures.

Constructed from surgical-grade stainless steel, this instrument is durable and compatible with repeated sterilization.
